	Pillow Block Bearings are available with housing units made from die-cast zinc, pressed steel and pressed stainless steel. Die-cast zinc housings are non-corrosive and lightweight with either a bronze bearing or ball bearing insert. Pressed steel housings come plated with a rust-proof finish and are available with bronze bearing or ball bearing inserts. Stainless steel housings are USDA/FDA approved and have UHMW-PE bearing inserts and are ideal for wash-down applications in wet or harsh environments. Solid UHMW-PE Bearings are made completely from UHMW-PE and are USDA/FDA approved and are self-lubricating.

		Ball Bearing, Die-Cast Housing, Rigid Type PBDC-BL - Series (4) Ideal for applications requiring strong load support in limited mounting area. Solid Zinc die cast housing is non-corrosive and lightweight. Securely retains bearing by pressing the lip 360° over the outer race. Includes 2 set screws.




		Ball Bearing, Pressed Steel Housing, Self-Aligning, Standard Type PBPS-BL - Series (4) Two-Piece Housing has rust-proof plated finish. Bearing insert is encased in non-conductive, oil resistant rubber liner which corrects up to 2° misalignment while reducing vibration & noise. Includes 2 set screws.




		Bronze Bearing, Pressed Steel Housing, Self-Aligning, Standard Type PBPS-BR - Series (4) Two-Piece Housing has rust-proof plated finish. Can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Spring-lid oil cap can be positioned 4 ways. Porous flanged bronze bearing is press-fit in sturdy zinc die cast sphere with felt strip for lubrication. Includes 2 rubber grommets to reduce vibration & noise. Tolerates -5° to 220° F.




		Ball Bearing, Pressed Steel Housing, Self-Aligning, Heavy Gauge Type PBPH-BL - Series (4) Heavy guage two-piece housing has rust proof plated finish. Housing is crimped together at bolt holes. Bearing insert with 2 set screws has longer inner race for added load support. Extra thick non-conductive rubber liner corrects misalignment up to 2° while reducing noise & vibration.




		Bronze Bearing, Die-Cast Housing, Rigid Type PBDC-BR - Series (3) Porous bronze sleeve bearing press-fit in solid zinc die cast housing. Non-corrosive & lightweight with oil hole for lubrication. For use in light duty applications. Tolerates -5° to 220° F.




		UHMW-PE Bearing, Solid-Rigid Type PBUH-UH - Series (4) Entire unit is UHMW-PE. USDA & FDA approved. -60° to 180° F temperature range. Ideal for wash down applications in wet or harsh environments or where sanitary conditions are a factor. Self-lubricating bearings resist corrosion, high impact & abrasion. Interchangeable with most metal units.

For wash-down applications in wet or harsh environments or where sanitary conditions are a factor. Self-lubricating bearings resist corrosion, high impact and abrasion.
